My approach is friendly, supportive, and tailored to your unique goals — whether it’s weight loss, strength building, improved mobility, or simply feeling better in your day-to-day life. I work with clients of all ages and abilities and believe that fitness should be enjoyable and accessible to everyone.


I offer both 1-to-1 and group training sessions, either at the gym, outdoors, or in the comfort of your home. Nutrition advice and progress tracking are also available as part of your personalised plan.

Programs

Strength

Strength focuses on developing muscle mass and strength using a full body approach.


Full body training limits the stress you put on the body and prevents imbalances that can happen by training a muscle group too much. You develop better movement qualities when training the body in its entirety and create more awareness of how the body moves through space resulting in more body control, balance, and stability.


There is a big emphasis on core strength, helping you to develop a strong and solid base. I’ll also include corrective exercises that work to bring balance to the body (imbalances affect everybody). This makes you less likely to get injured, and more likely to experience longevity in your training.

Athletic

Athletic is perfect for anyone who wants to advance in their sport and become a more powerful, explosive and efficient athlete.


The main focus is the improvement of force absorption (teaching the athlete how to decelerate and efficiently transfer energy) and force production (teaching the athlete to accelerate and produce maximal force) through the use of tried and tested training methods, such as the French Contrast method and Tri-phasic training, that have proven to be reliable in improving sports performance.


This program is adjusted for off season and on season times using periodisation so you can start becoming a better athlete right now.

Slim Down & Tone Up

Slim Down & Tone Up will work up a sweat, help you lose body fat and improve your muscle definition.


This training program is perfect for beginners and the more advanced gym goers who are not getting the results they want.


Each phase comes with a new type of circuit and different, more demanding exercises which can be progressed or regressed depending on your fitness level.


The circuits will take you through all fundamental movement patterns as well as all planes of motion for a functional, full body workout that will create a fitter, healthier and happier you.

Personal Training

I know how difficult it is to figure out the best way of training for your goal, so if you’re also struggling with that I want to help get you over that hurdle.


I’ve trained complete beginners to more experienced gym goers, from teenagers to older adults so I understand that everyone is different. We will work together to find a way of exercising that gives you lots of enjoyment, fits into your lifestyle and delivers the results you want.

FAQs

Am I too old to start training?


Strength training is going to be hugely beneficial for you regardless of your age.


Muscle mass decreases approximately 3–8% per decade after the age of 30 and this rate of decline is even higher after the age of 60. A good strength programme should be adaptable for all levels.


If you’re concerned that your joints might not tolerate loads, or you’re worried about getting injured, then we will start you with the complete basics, over time it will make your joints more robust and reduce your risk of injury.

Do I need to be fit to start personal training?


Not at all…


In fact, our coaches have often been the first port of call for clients starting their fitness journey. Our method is suitable for all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced athletes. Our expert coaches will consult with you and design a program that matches your current abilities and helps you progress towards your goals.

How many sessions a week should I attend?


My clients train anywhere between 2-5 times a week with me.


Suggested training frequencies depend on your goals, your schedule and commitments, as well as your budget. Our clients can increase or decrease their frequencies, as desired and necessary to accommodate daily life.

What can I expect in my first personal training session?


My commitment to your success and experience extends beyond the time you spend on the gym floor.


Before your first session, we will arrange an in-depth consultation, learning about what makes you unique, your history and your personal goals. From there we conduct a movement screen and body composition analysis, which we use to craft a tailored plan of action, just for you. Each personal training session is tailored to your current fitness level and personal goals, ensuring you make consistent progress over time.


Expect a specially designed workout through our unique 3-person pod system. This allows us to focus on what truly matters – not just aesthetic results but enhancing your overall health and well-being.

What should I bring to a personal training session?


Please wear comfortable workout clothes, appropriate shoes and bring a towel, we will help you with the rest.

How long does it take to see results?


Results vary based on factors like your starting point, consistency, and training frequency. Many clients notice improvements in strength and fitness within just three weeks, with more significant aesthetic and strength changes over time.


We will continuously review your progress not only by monitoring your workouts, but also by capturing more subtle changes through body composition analysis (weight, skeletal muscle mass, fat mass (body fat percentage) and body water levels). These will be made available to you, so that you can better visualise how your body is changing and you can track progress over time.

Can personal training help with weight loss?


Yes, absolutely.


My can be very effective for weight loss and is designed to holistically address a sustainable fitness and well-being level. During your initial consultation we seek to gain a clear understanding of your exact goals.

How do I track my progress?


I offer comprehensive assessments and ongoing evaluation.


We will start with an in-depth consultation, learning about what makes you unique, your history and your personal goals. But it doesn’t end there—we conduct regular evaluations to ensure you’re steadily progressing toward your goals, with the flexibility to adjust your plan as needed.


I will be there to support you on everything from nutrition to overcoming obstacles, keeping you accountable and on track to reach or maintain your goals. Accountability is often a major hurdle for clients, which is why our check-in system is designed to significantly boost your chances of success.

What if I don't want to get bulky?


This is one of the biggest misconceptions associated with going to the gym and more specifically weight training. How your body responds to training comes down to a number of factors, such as your training plan, genetics, nutrition and hormones but to name a few.


During your initial consultation and goal setting strategy we will find out what your specific goals are and tailor a plan to support you on the journey to achieving them. Gaining strength and increasing your muscle mass can create many positive changes for your body, not just in how you look, but most importantly how you feel!


Getting bulky, however, should not be a worry.
